After winning the toss Deccan Chargers elected to field. RCB had a shaky start at the beginning but Kallis (68) played a constructive innings. Kohli's late strike 58 of 35 balls helped them to score 184/6. Chargers started the chasing the cautious but Gilchrist, Rohit Sharma can not convert their score to Big. Suman played a brilliant innings of 78 and well supported 53 by Symonds at the later stage to register their victory against RCB.

Tirumalsetti Suman was the Man of the Match for scoring 78 off 57 deliveries, the Kamaal catch award went to Ryan Harris and Virat Kohli got the maximum sixes award.
