Result: Mumbai Indians won by 7 wkts

KKR won the toss and elected to bat first. With a classic 71 from Gayle and 31 each from Ganguly and Shah, they managed to score just 155 run in 20 overs. Though KKR had lost only 3 wickets but again failed to put a big fighting total in front of MI. With a brilliant 71 from Sachin and well supported scored from Dhawan, Tiwary and Satish they wrapped up the match in 19th over. Bowling from KKR was ordinary and main highlight was the great catch taken by Ganguly to dismiss Tiwary.

Sachin Tendulkar was the Man of the Match for his match winning innings of 71 runs, Ganguly got the Kamaal catch award and Gayle awarded with the 'Maximum sixes' award.
