Result: Deccan Chargers won by 6 runs

Kings XI Punjab have won the toss and elected to field. Batting first Deccan Chargers scored 170/7 in 20 overs. Initial quick fire by Gilchrist and  53 runs by Symonds in middle, helped DC to reach a respectable total.
